Food trends we’ll be trying this year

According to the foodies in the know we’ve been interviewing – we’ll be trying some new culinary trends in 2017. Including:

Aquafaba: the juice in the chick pea tin that you usually throw away? It can actually be used in place of eggs – perfect for vegans. Just whip it until it turns into a foam and use as you would egg whites.

Noodles that are almost totally fish, use in place of pasta or ramen noodles, available at health food stores and most supermarkets.

Birch water: The sap of the birch tea is said to contain many health benefits including keeping colds and flu at bay. It’s also good at flushing out toxins so a great addition to the January shop.
